April 2025 Home of the Month

We are proud to spotlight a true neighborhood treasure for this month’s Home of the Month: Cynthia Smith at 944 30th Court! A resident since 1979, Cynthia has watched generations come and go, always appreciating the diversity and spirit of our community. As a retired elementary school teacher, she brings warmth and care to all she touches—especially her home.

Her yard, lovingly watered by hand every day, is a lush and colorful standout. Cynthia notices when neighbors stop to admire it, and your appreciation never goes unnoticed! Since moving in, she has transformed the home with thoughtful updates, including turning the garage into a formal dining room and completing beautiful interior renovations.
