What sets 916 30th Street apart is not only its stellar landscaping but the care behind it—Ms. Daphne personally hand-waters her grass and plants, ensuring every bloom thrives under her attentive eye. Eight years ago, she added the unique diamond accents to her home’s exterior—her personal touch, a creative flourish that now defines the house’s charm and individuality.
