Congratulations to Andre Baxam, the proud owner of 909 30th St, for winning February’s Home of the Month! This marks Andre’s second home in Northwood Hills.

When he purchased this property, it had been abandoned and was in severe disrepair, with significant structural issues visible from the street. The home was stripped down to the studs before undergoing a full transformation. As a General Contractor, Andre personally oversaw every detail of the renovation, ensuring its restoration was both meticulous and high-quality.

Now, with a stunning patio, an extensive garden, and a variety of fruit trees, this beautifully revitalized home is a welcome addition to Historic Northwood Hills. Congratulations, Andre!
