January 2025 Home of the Month

We are proud to announce our January Home of the Month to Amy and Marshall Tolderlund at 905 35th St. This Florida/Rhode Island couple moved to 35th St. in 1993 when they both worked in the marine industry. They have maintained their historic home in pristine condition with a nod to the 1920’s through their use of pastel-colored paints. Their oversized yard is a tropical oasis for butterflies and birds. Most recently, their spectacular display of Holiday lights brought a seasonal spirit to the Neighborhood. Thank you Amy and Marshall for making our neighborhood a beautiful and cheerful place to be!
